- The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

- Shipping time: 14~30 Days
- Shipping methods: We currently provide the following shipping options:
- Standard Delivery (Mainland China)
- Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
- Shipping Fee: Calculated by actual package weight; ¥10 for the first 1kg, plus ¥5 for each additional 1kg.
- Tracking: Full tracking number provided.
- Note: No delivery on weekends and public holidays.
- SF Express (Mainland China)
- Delivery Time: 1–2 working days
- Shipping Fee: Flat rate ¥20 per order, or free upgrade to SF Express for orders over ¥199.
- Tracking: Real-time logistics updates.
- Note: Signature required; SMS notification before delivery.
- Standard International Shipping (Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia)
- Delivery Time: 5–10 working days
- Shipping Fee: Automatically calculated at checkout; reference rate: approximately ¥80 for the first 0.5kg to the United States.
- Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking available.
- Note: Does not include import duties or taxes; any applicable fees shall be borne by the recipient.
- International Express (DHL / FedEx)
- Delivery Time: 2–5 working days
- Shipping Fee: Calculated by volumetric weight; final rate shown at checkout.
- Tracking: Real-time shipment tracking.
- Note: Premium rate with stable delivery time, suitable for urgent orders.
- Standard Delivery (Mainland China)
- Shipping fee: Shipping cost is calculated based on order amount, item weight, shipping destination and selected logistics method. The final shipping fee will be automatically displayed on the checkout page. Remote area surcharges and international customs duties may apply, which shall be borne by the buyer.
Full Shipping Policy
- Shipping CalculationWe calculate shipping fees comprehensively according to order total amount, package weight, delivery address and shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed automatically at checkout without manual estimation.
- Free Shipping TermsFree shipping is available for orders reaching the specified threshold and delivered to eligible areas. Free shipping cannot be used together with other large discount coupons, subject to the checkout page display.
- Remote Area SurchargeExtra shipping fees may apply to remote islands, military zones and overseas territories. We will contact you by email to confirm and collect the additional fee if your address belongs to remote areas.
- International Order RulesImport duty, VAT and clearance fees for international orders are not included in our shipping fee and shall be paid by the recipient. We are not responsible for package return or loss caused by unpaid customs fees.
- Shipping Fee Refund RuleShipping fee will be covered by us for quality problems or wrong items. For personal reason returns, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If a free shipping order is returned and does not meet the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Order Combination & Split ShipmentOrders placed within one hour to the same recipient will be combined to recalculate shipping fees. We reserve the right to split one order into multiple packages without extra charges.
- Shipping DisputePlease contact our customer service within 3 days after delivery if you have any questions about shipping fees. We will reply within 2 working days.
